Dr. Cheng is a Managing Director of the Company who is responsible for the management and business development of the Company. He has extensive experience in environmental, sustainability, carbon and energy related issues. Dr. Cheng also is a Managing Director of BMI Appraisals Limited who has over 20 years experience in valuations of all kinds of properties and businesses in all major cities and areas in the PRC, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, France, Italy and USA for purposes such as public flotation, financing, lease renewal, joint-venture acquisition and disposal, etc. Dr. Cheng has involved in valuations of several major infrastructure projects in the Asia Pacific Rim. He also has experience in property agency, investment dealings and property development. He lectured valuation in the University of Hong Kong. Before joining the Company, Dr. Cheng was the Associate Director of a reputable international surveying firm in charge of all real estate appraisals and consultancy services of the valuation department. Dr. Cheng serves as the Chairman of Institute of Mechanical Engineers, China. He is also a member of Financial and Regulatory Affairs Committee of the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies, a member of Environment and Sustainability Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and a Honorary President of Wanchai and Central & Western District Industries and Commerce Association . He also serves as committee members of a number of charitable organizations in Hong Kong and in the PRC and author of a series of professional textbooks and handbooks on valuations.

Mr. Sze is a Director of the Company. He has extensive experience in environmental consulting and conducting in-depth company & industry research, and financial analyses for valuation purposes. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Sze worked for investment banks, a hedge fund company and a tax consulting firm in the US, primarily engaged in performing financial analyses and assessing taxation impacts on entities such as financial institutions, utility companies and power plants. Previously, he worked in the field of Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering in Hong Kong for 5 years. Mr. Sze is a holder of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a Certified Public Accountant (AICPA) in the United States and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the AICPA. Besides, he is a Registered Business Valuer registered with the Hong Kong Business Valuation Forum. He is familiar with accounting standards under the US GAAP as well as the international GAAP.
